1. Purpose

Pangshot is a connected darts service published by PSAR, trading as AVS Technologies. It combines an app that scores games on a connected board with a cloud account that keeps profiles, statistics and match history.

The pangshot.com website is the hub for that account: account creation, profile and stats browsing, and device pairing.

2. Acceptance

Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

3. Access to the service

The service is provided free of charge. No payment is required to create an account or to use the features described on the website.

Access requires an internet connection and, for match tracking, a compatible board and the Pangshot app.

4. Account

• You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. Below that age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required.
• The information provided at sign-up must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your account.
• Let us know at [email protected] if you notice unauthorised use of your account.

5. Public profiles and matches

Pangshot is built around public profiles. By default, your username, display name, avatar, statistics and match history are publicly accessible on pangshot.com without an account, and may be indexed by search engines.

Your email address is never displayed publicly.

Choose your username, display name and avatar accordingly.

6. Device pairing

From the app, a QR code lets you link a local player (for example on a bar's tablet) to your Pangshot account. Matches then played with that local player are attached to your account.

Only scan a QR code if you initiated the pairing request.

7. Prohibited uses

• Using a username, display name or avatar that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringes the rights of a third party.
• Impersonating another person.
• Deliberately falsifying scores or statistics.
• Attempting to access accounts or data not intended for you.
• Disrupting the service, scraping it automatically, or subjecting it to abnormal load.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. It evolves continuously: features may be added, changed or removed.

Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The service may be suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

9. Suspension and deletion

In the event of a breach of these terms, we may suspend or delete an account, where possible after notice.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Deletion is not yet available directly from the website.

10. Intellectual property

The service, its interface, code, brand and logo remain the property of PSAR.

You keep your rights over the content you provide, in particular your avatar, and authorise us to display it as part of the service.

11. Liability

As the service is free and provided as is, our liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

We are not responsible for how third parties use the public information on your profile.

Darts is played at your own risk. Pangshot provides neither board nor playing equipment.

12. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. The last updated date appears at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, users will be informed by appropriate means.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.

The French version of these terms prevails.
